2008 Dealer Room FAQ

Can you share a booth or table?

Dealer Director Janet: Yes, but I need to know the names of who you will be sharing and what kind of items they will be selling to avoid duplications.

I just want a table, but I want it on the wall. Is that possible?

Dealer Director Janet: There are some tables available on the wall, but right now the wall area is reserved for the 10 X 10 spaces. If we don't sell out before the con, I will move those who request it to a wall.

I need power will I be able to get it?

Dealer Director Janet: It should to be requested ahead of time on your dealer's agreement, but we can provide power to your booth at no additional costs.

Can I get Internet and Phone service in the Dealer's room?

Dealer Director Janet: It is available for $75 a day per dealer. We advise dealer's to use their cell phones or to get the internet service in their hotel rooms. There is an ATM machine in the hotel lobby and several banks with in walking distance of the hotel.

Where is the dealer's room in relation to the rest of the con?

Dealer Director Janet: The dealer's room is on the same floor and adjacent to all con activity rooms.

Can I bring in my own displays?

Dealer Director Janet: Yes, Displays are permitted as long as they do not infringe on anyone else's space and stay with in the boundry of the purchased table or 10 X 10 space.

Is adult material allowed to be sold?

Dealer Director Janet: We are a family oriented convention so we ask that any adult material be discreetly brought out and shown upon request of customers over the age of 18. Display of any adult material to minors can result in the dealer being removed from dealer's room with no refund. If your business deals mostly in adult material, we probably are not the right con for you.

Table Prices $65 for 1 table $120 for 2 tables $150 for 10X10 area
