Author's Alley Tables
All Guests are expected to arrange for their own table, if they need one. Guests are not guaranteed a table.
Please do not pay for another author's table unless they have already applied. PAYMENT DOES NOT GUARANTEE A TABLE, if there is no application. We must have an application first before we can guarantee an author a table.
Authors / Writers / Literary Guests: Authors tables are available in the hallway outside the dealers room. Traditionally, 2 author guests share one table at a cost of $15 per guest. These tables must be arranged through .
Film / Media: There are a few tables available to a limited number of film-maker groups, independent media groups, and performance groups. These MUST be arranged through and are allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Please note that hallway tables are not secure. GUEST should not leave valuables on or under the table when GUEST/assistant is not present. ConCarolinas is not responsible for belongings left at/on/near tables. Taking a table in the hallway means the GUEST must pack up all material and merchandise at the end of each day and secure it. The GUEST can not use the dealers room as storage. We do not accept author tables in the dealers room.
Artists: Artist tables must be arranged and paid for through the . Spaces and/or tables may be available in the art room or dealers room. Table availability is at the discretion of the Dealer Director.
