01: If I submit my request early will it guarantee a space?
No, we have a juried Dealer's Room. This means we try to have a good balance of a variety of dealers. So, if we already have a couple of dealers who sell what you do, we will put you on a waiting list in case of a cancellation.
02: Can you share a booth or table?
Yes, but I need to know the names of who you will be sharing and what kind of items they will be selling, to avoid duplications.
03: I just want a table, but I want it on the wall. Is that possible?
There are some tables available on the wall, but right now the wall area is reserved for the 10 X 10 spaces. If we don't sell out those spaces before the con, I will move those who have requested it to a wall.
04: I need power will I be able to get it?
It should to be requested ahead of time on your dealer's agreement, but we can provide power to your booth at no additional costs.
05: Can I get Internet and Phone service in the Dealer's room?
WiFi is available in the Dealer's Room and Artist Alley at no additional cost. There is an ATM machine in the hotel lobby and several banks are within walking distance of the hotel.
06: Where is the dealer's room in relation to the rest of the con?
The Dealer's Room and Artist Alley are on the same floor and adjacent to all con activity rooms.
07: Can I bring in my own displays?
Yes. Displays are permitted as long as they do not infringe on anyone else's space and stay with in the boundry of the purchased table or 10 X 10 space.
08: Is adult material allowed to be sold?
We are a family-oriented convention so we ask that any adult material be discreetly brought out and shown upon request to customers over the age of 18. Display of any adult material to minors can result in the dealer being removed from the Dealer's Room with no refund. If your business deals mostly in adult material, we probably are not the right con for you.
09: Can I bring another category of merchandise in addition to what I was originally signed up to bring?
Because we are trying to avoid duplications (and reduced sales for all our vendors), please do not bring an additional category of merchandise to sell unless you check with me *prior* to the con and get it OKed.
