Guest FAQ
01: I would like to be a guest. What do I do?
Potential guests must fill out an appliaction and be reviewed by our guest review committee. A guest can apply by clicking here
02: I would like to have a table to sell stuff. How do I arrange that and how much does it cost?
Part of the application system asks about table space. Guests share 6'X18" tables, 2 authors per table (subject to change based on the amount of applications). We can not allocate larger tables because of hallway space limitations.
Only guests can be allocated a table. Panelists are not.
Once a guest is accepted, then the guest can pay the fee. Pay ONLY if you accepted and wanted a table.
03: What is the difference between a guest and a panelist?
Guests are eligible to the following:
- Free membership into the con.
- Discounted badge for one companion
- Table Space in the hallway
- Obligated to 4 panels
Panelists are eligible for the following:
- Discounted membership to the con.
- Obligated to only one or two panels
04: Can an author buy a dealers table?
At this time, we are not allowing individual authors into the dealers room. If we allowed all authors that wanted a table in the dealers room, we'd have nothing else in the dealers room. So in order to allow for the most variety of dealers in our dealers room, we only allocate space to authors in the hallway.
