You must log in to OGRe to make a Event/Game Proposal. Once logged in, you can propose a game anytime from My Schedule.
To get a Login/Password, you must register in OGRe first. Once you do that, you should recieve an e-mail with your log-in and password which will allow you access online system.
To Preregister for games, you must either be (1) Preregistered for the convention ... or ... (2) An approved GM/Judge/Refereee/person who runs games for the convention. You may make an event proposal after you log in, if you want to run a game for us.
