The best way to get in touch with us is to come to the convention. We are going to be busy running around getting things ready for an awesome weekend.
2. Where is this place?
Hilton Charlotte University Place, 8629 JM Keynes Dr, Charlotte, NC
It is across from 5/3 Bank and Wells Fargo Bank.
3. I pre-registered for my membership/ticket/badge/pass (they are all the same thing in our world). Where do I get it.
Come in through the main lobby entrance and at the escalators keep left. Pre-registration pick up is at the Community Table located behind the escalators.
4. I can’t buy a membership/ticket/badge/pass online!

6. Parking
Where do I park? Here is a blog post with a map and more information. Whatever you do, do NOT block a fire lane or park in the bank.
7. Can I bring my real weapon as part of my costume? Can I run around in underwear?
No. Please read our Convention Rules. We are a family friendly convention. Parents do need to be aware that after 9pm, we allow more adult oriented programming and costumes. Please consider that before you bring your child onto the convention floor after 9pm.
