The ConCarolinas schedule goes live in early May. It will wiggle and squirm a bit over the following weeks as we make updates and minor adjustments. We appreciate your patience as our volunteer staff has worked hard to plan some entertaining programming.

Sched is a handy scheduling app that can help you plan your time at ConCarolinas. The schedule will also be printed in the program books at the convention but since the books have to be printed a few weeks before the con, it may not reflect any last minute changes. Sched will be updated online all the way to the beginning of the convention.

GAMING – You can use Sched to see the gaming schedule and mark games that interest you. To pre-register to play games, you must go to the Gaming Registration table at the convention to confirm that you are present and interested in playing a game.

ConCarolinas offers a wide variety of programming related to Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Geek Culture.  Programming is divided into tracks, such as:

  • Writing (Discussion panels about being an author, publishing, and editing)
  • Geek Life (Discussions about popular fandoms in film, TV, books, and video games)
  • Paranormal (Discussions about spooks, specters, and ectoplasm)
  • Performances (Entertainment from musicians, comedians, and performance artists)
  • Science & Tech (Discussion panels relating to trends in Science & Tech)
  • Gaming (Board games, role-playing games, card games, LARP, and more)
  • Special Events (Costume Contest, Karaoke, Charity Auction, and more)

ConCarolinas typically has over 250 hours of programming available to attendees.
